That they may never tire of administering the Sacraments to others and a holy fire may burn in their hearts, St John Paul II, pray for our priests and seminarians. That they have the strength to stand firm in the face of persecution, Blessed Alexander Crow, pray for our priests and seminarians. That they withstand temptation to compromise and hold true to the faith, St Maximilian Kolbe, pray for our priests and seminarians. That they may come to understand the Word of God as our Lord intended, St Jerome, pray for our priests and seminarians. Let us Pray: Holy Mother, we ask that you look kindly upon the many men who lead our Church and remember them in your prayers. We beg you to petition your Son on our behalf, that vocations to the priesthood and diaconate may grow and that those who are already priests and deacons do not burn out but that they may be filled with zeal for serving God’s Church on earth. Holy Mother, who witnessed first hand the priestly ministries of your Son, pray for our priests and seminarians.
