When Tsunade left the hidden leaf village, Konoha was given quite the blow, losing not only its best medical ninja but also one of the most powerful shinobi in the village at that time, one of the famed legendary sannin. As we all know, grief was one of the factors that led to Tsunade leaving the hidden leaf village and over the years her hemophobia would continue to be a problem that wouldn't be addressed until she got over her fear of blood to save Naruto during the search for Tsunade arc. However, what if this never happened? What if Tsunade wasn't allowed to leave the hidden leaf village? What If Tsunade never left Konoha? How would Tsunade's presence affect the events that happened after her departure, like for instance the birth of Naruto on the night of the nine tails attack? Would she still have a fear of blood or would Tsunade be able to get over her hemophobia with the support of the people inside the village? Would Tsunade still become hokage? Well, in today's edition of Naruto what if, we're going to look at just that scenario and there's A LOT that changes in this timeline, but the question is, will it be for better or will it be for worse?
