Tonight’s Daily Disney Decompress brought me back to Disney Springs to finally check out the brand-new Disney Drop Shop — the little mystery-box store that opened on the 21st. I completely forgot to stop in during my last visit, so today was the day. If you’re into mystery boxes or if your kids are obsessed with them like mine, this place is dangerously fun. Crowds were definitely in town, but I still made my way over to the Co-Op Marketplace to see what the hype was about. Right away, I found everything from Toy Story and Spider-Verse dioramas, to Stitch dressed as Marvel characters, Zootopia series, Winnie the Pooh balloon figures, Star Wars balloon bobbleheads, and even Disney trash-can mystery sets. It honestly reminded me of the old Vinylmation craze — but updated, cuter, and way more varied. I picked up a mix for the family: two Stitch boxes, one star-destroyer balloon figure, and a succulent mystery for my wife. And of course… I couldn’t wait. I had to open mine right there. My pull ended up being Darth Vader with the Star Destroyer balloon — easily the coolest one I could’ve gotten. The bobblehead element was such a fun surprise. After that, I dropped my empty box into the Pain or Panic voting bins (super clever idea by Disney), wandered through the PhotoPass setup, watched the artists work, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset over Springs. Before heading out early for the night, I swung by World of Disney and found some wild deals — Ahsoka saber sets for $40, Sith Wayfinders for $30, and tons of shoulder plushes. It was a shorter vlog tonight, but this little pop-up ended up being way more fun than I expected. If you’ve been to the Drop Shop already, let me know what you pulled — I’m genuinely curious what everyone else is getting! Thanks for decompressing with me, and as always, be kind to everyone you meet. See you tomorrow. #DisneyDropShop #DisneySprings #DisneyMerch #MysteryBoxUnboxing #DisneyVlog
