Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Bilal, Jason, and Shawn. This week's "random" card is Blind Seer and he is also the commander. This is actually a suggested deck from Kitchen Fink on YouTube. Blind Seer wants us to change the color of spells and permanents so we're loaded up on instants and sorceries that care about spell color. Also, since we have so many noncreature spells we may as well also play a bunch of payoffs for them while we're at it.
