If you're feeling good, start at contentment and move up. It can only be an exercise in helping you to hold yourself in more consistent, good feeling vibrations, good feeling emotions. So just on where you are like our first question said on where you are not with humility, not with putting yourself down on where you are with with owning where you are with letting it be all right, and then move on.
