Let me know in the comments if you have ever tried Liver Fry. ====================================================== For more Chicken recipes check out the link below : • Chicken Recipes ======================================================= I would love to hear from you in the comments: Chicken Liver Fry Ingredients: 1kg – Chicken Liver -diced 1 – Large Onion -sliced 1tbsp – Ginger 1tbsp – Garlic 10 – Red Chillies 1tsp – Turmeric Powder 1tbsp – Paprika Powder Salt to taste 4tbs -Oil Method : • Heat oil in pan. When hot add the onions and sauté till translucent. • Add red chillies and sauté for a few seconds. • Now add the turmeric and paprika powder and sauté for 2 mins. • Add your meat and cook on a med to high heat for about 15 mins till it the liver has browned well. • Add a cup of water and cook for 15-20minutes till the liver is cooked. TIP: If you overcook liver it turns very tough and chewy. It takes approx. 20mins to cook depending on your heat source. When you cut into a piece of liver, it should not be pink on the inside, but the meat should still be juicy and not dry.
