Nibiru is a gigantic construct, probably a space station of sorts, thousands of miles wide and deep enough to have different gravity pulls, that hosts some 3.5 million people living in a diverse range of circumstances in a very limited space. With most of the station unexplored, the players play as Vagabonds, mysterious people who emerge from the unexplored areas of the station with no memories of who they are or where they come from.
