Below I have listed the 10 movements that you see in this video. Copy and paste them so you can take them to the range with with you. Don't forget to keep dry firing! Write this down. 1. 3 Shots @ 3 yards, under 3 sec. 2. 5 Shots @ 5 yards, under 5 sec. 3. 7 Shots @ 7 yards, under 7 sec. 4. 10 Shots @ 10 yards, under 10 sec. 5. 4 Shots @ 7 yards, under 3.5 sec. 6. Left turn - 4 Shots @ 7 yards, under 3.5 sec. 7. Right turn - 4 Shots @ 7 yards, under 3.5 sec. 8.
