It was a long and fun process to put together this short film in the past 6 months during our spare time. This is our longest short film to date (17 minutes). We really wanted to challenge ourselves with a longer story and take the time to go deeper with the characters and their backstories. So take a seat and enjoy. ** I would love to know your general feedback in the comment section! ** We didn't have a dedicated budget for this film but we tried our best to be creative and bring this short story to life. Color grading was finalized using my LUT for accurate colors (LINK) :    • How to fix desaturated colors after export...   GEAR TALK : I used several cameras and lenses to put together this film, I always like to mix and match gear to see how different cameras perform. The main camera for this film was my ‪@BlackmagicDesignOfficial‬ BMPCC 4k along with the sigma 18-35 1.8. I also used the ‪@reddigitalcinema‬ Komodo along with the ZhongYi Optics 35mm T1.0 in the flashback at 5:41 and the night outdoor scene at 17:00 . For the Final scene (at 17:20 ) I instead used the Sony a7siii with the ISO 12800 in Slog 3. I lit the whole film using my ‪@aputurelighting‬ lights ( 300D , 120Dii , MC , Nova P300C) I color graded this film using Resolve 17 and ‪@FilmConvert‬ . Audio recorded using my lav mics LARK 150 from Hollyland.
