Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri, better known by his ring name The Iron Sheik, is an Iranian retired professional wrestler, amateur wrestler and actor. He was born on March 15, 1942 in Damghan, Semnan Province, Imperial State of Iran and is 79 years old as of now. Established himself as a heel during the 80s, and he eventually won the WWF World Heavyweight Championship in 1983 and became the only Iranian champion in WWE history.
