Welcome to Episode 6 and the final episode of this Oxygen Not Included mini series. This one starts exactly where the last episode left off, and it is immediate chaos. I’m recording back to back sessions, so there’s no fancy intro, just me jumping straight into a base that is already spiraling. By the time this episode is over, the colony is completely unsalvageable. In Episode 6, I deal with: Polluted water everywhere and mystery leaks that keep getting worse A base that cannot stay powered long enough to function Oxygen issues stacking with hydrogen and chlorine gas pockets Storage bins filling up and nothing getting organized fast enough Starvation, stress, and rapid collapses as duplicants drop one by one A desperate coal hunt just to get basic power running again Realizing way too late how important planning, resource tracking, and early power stability are At one point I genuinely stop trying to save the colony and start testing what happens when everything fails, including attempting to trap duplicants and forcing the game into a full collapse scenario. And eventually, it happens. Everyone dies. This series was a true first playthrough with zero guides, zero outside help, and all mistakes left in. Oxygen Not Included is one of those games where every system depends on another system, and once you fall behind on food, oxygen, or power, it snowballs fast. Even though this run ended in total disaster, it finally clicked for me what I should have done earlier.
