The back cover of the bootleg says that some parts of the concert were recorded in San Remo, but i compared both concerts and none of the songs are from the concert in San Remo, so definitely all here was recorded in Milan. This is one of the last six concerts from the On Location Tour, so the tour was coming to the end and they added Telegraph Road to the setlist. Adding new sounds, new arrangements and also new songs, plus some new band members. This is the "missing link" between the old Dire Straits and the new which you can hear on Love over gold and on Alchemy at it's peak. This is perhaps the most interesting period with Dire Straits because of the experiments in the sound.
