Thank you all for letting me fulfill something significant in my life, and I wish you that the lights of the holidays (what ever you celebrate) will shine upon you all! tingle well, and live for donuts smell :) **Recipe** Dough ingredients: 3 ½ flour cups (1/2 kg) ½ bag or ½ cube of fresh yeast (25 g) ½ bag of baking improves (25G) - optional 4 full tablespoons of sugar (80 grams) ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons of milk (200 ml) 2 eggs ½ teaspoon of salt (5 g) Zest of one orange peel 5 tablespoons butter (80 g) Fondue - chocolate sauce ingredients: 150g dark chocolate 2/3 sweet cream container (150 ml) 1 tablespoon of butter (20 g) Dough making: In the mixer bowl: Put the milk, sugar and yeast and mix with the paddle attachment until blended. Add the remaining ingredients, except salt, and knead with a kneading hook 5 minutes at medium speed. Add the salt and put in a high speed about 4 minutes until the dough is elastic. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature until double the volume. After inflation, remove the air and form 25 balls weighing about 15-20 grams each. Or alternatively you can roll out the dough 1 cm thick and Cut into circles with a diameter of 3 cm. Place the balls or circles on a greased baking pan (with corn oil or "Mazola") and let it rise until double the volume. Frying: Heat oil for deep frying and fry the donuts on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the oil, stick toothpicks and place in a bowl next to the chocolate fondue sauce. Chocolate sauce making: Boil the cream in a small saucepan and remove from the heat, add the chocolate and mix well. Add the butter and stir until the sauce is smooth.
