The carrot cake recipe Ingredients A - flour 170g / baking powder 2g / baking soda 4g / cinnamon powder 2g B - 2 eggs / olive oil 95g / sugar 100g C - shredded carrots 100g / nuts 50g (optional/you can put any type of nuts you like /as much as you like ) How to 1. Mix A ingredients. 2. Mix B ingredients in a different bowl. 3. In the B bowl, sift A ingredients. 4. Put C ingredients and mix well. 5. Preheat your oven on 180'C for 10 min. 6. Bake for 40-45 min. 7. Cool it down for overnight.(It become even more moist) Butter Cream (Every butter cream that I used is made with this recipe) Ingredients butter 450g whipping cream 100g sugar 100g starch syrup 65g How to 1. Mix butter, whipping cream, sugar, starch syrup 2. Start slowly and get faster. 3. If you mix it for too long the cream won't stick. 4. Rest it in the fridge for 5-10 min. +If it gets too hot by your hand, let it cool down. +I used hilton icing color for coloring. Baking Tips that I used -Hanoi Rose 120 tip - Green (stamen/middle part) 124 K tip - White (petal) -Freezia 120 tip - yellow (petal) 2 tip -(stamen) white -Rose 104 tip - pink leaves 352 tip -use green & white together 10 tip & 2 tip -flower buds
