Urethroplasty (urethral hook-up) is the most complex part of phalloplasty and has the most risks and complications. In this video, I share the truth about urethroplasty, from my first-hand perspective of going through this procedure as part of my FTM phalloplasty surgery (radial forearm phalloplasty). I had urethroplasty in April 2016 but then I had many complications, resulting in the need to reverse the procedure. Finally, in October 2017, I had a second attempt at urethroplasty. The second time was successful and I have been problem-free since then.
