Follow me on IG: @coachmatt_lionsden Online Coaching/Programming: Email [email protected] Water Load/Cut Process Sun: 2 Gallons of Water Normal Diet Mon: 2.5 Gallons of Water Normal Diet Tue: 3 Gallons of Water Normal Diet Wed: 1/2 Gallon of Water, No Sodium, Little to no Carbs (Less than 50g) Thurs: Limit all intake (at most 1/4 gallon of water, small portions of egg whites and almonds) if cutting it close go with no intake Friday: Weigh-In Refeed and Rehydrate Saturday: Compete
