Art 101: How to Make a Sketchbook

This week I'll show you how to create your very own sketchbook from items you probably have around your house. Welcome to Art 101 Lesson 1 The materials and tools you will need for this are: Copier paper or sketch paper A knife or scissors String or tread (I used waxed linen) Ruler Cardboard like a cereal box and a pen or pencil This is a challenging method of creating a sketchbook called the coptic stitch, but if you can figure out the pattern for stitching it's pretty easy, and it's my go to for creating sketchbooks because it lays flat when you open it.
