Today, we have a 32 year old female patient presenting with biliary colic with abdominal pain for 5 months. The pain is located in the RUQ and radiates to the LLQ. She has subjective fevers and chills Initially it was crampy and intermittent. Now it's persistent and consistent. On physical exam, her abdomen was soft and non distended. There was tenderness to palpation in the right upper quadrant and epigastric region. She has also had a positive Murphys sign.
