District 49 Students, Parents and Staff Thank Voters for Supporting Ballot Issue 3B

Thank you for supporting District 49 students and teachers by overwhelmingly supporting ballot issue 3B. From two new elementary schools, additional investment in our teachers and important projects to take care of all of our schools, we thank you. We are committed to remaining transparent and accountable with how we are using funds from 3B. A citizen oversight committee will check to make sure each project meets one of the four priorities established in the ballot language. From our digital home on D49.org to our quarterly community newspaper, the District 49 Dispatch, we’ll keep you up to date on the progress of construction projects and the results of the mill levy oversight committee meetings.
