We assume we know what other people are thinking. Most of the time, it feels automatic—and harmless. Sometimes, it quietly costs us something real. In this video, I talk through how easily those assumptions happen, how convincing they feel in the moment, and how they can quietly reshape a relationship without either person realizing what’s going wrong.
