In this video, I share my Ibiza journey, a serendipitous tale that led to my profound love for the island. At 17, stuck in a job I disliked, my friends spontaneously planned a trip to Ibiza. Initially hesitant, I declined to join, influenced by my limited perception of the island from a TV show called "Ibiza Uncovered," as social media was not as prevalent then. However, fate intervened when one friend faced financial challenges due to a car accident, forcing him to withdraw from the holiday. With a change of heart, armed with decent earnings from my job at BT, I decided to embark on my first lads' holiday to Ibiza. We arrived in June, just before Linekers unveiled their new bar. We were the inaugural customers, witnessing the final touches being made. I stayed at the Apollo Hotel, part of Club 18-30, and had the time of my life. The contrast upon returning to Ireland and resuming work left me feeling unexpectedly depressed. A turning point occurred when I connected with Sean Conway, owner of the Huddle Bar. This led to meaningful friendships and opportunities to work with renowned brands like Cafe Mambo and Cream Ibiza at Amnesia. The journey continued as I established the Ibiza Club News social channel, rapidly gaining traction. This venture provided a gateway into the realms of media and marketing. After years in that sphere, I found myself falling out of love with it and decided to transition into becoming a YouTuber.
