We've all been told, you can't do Astrophotography using an Alt-Az Telescope Mount and while it is true that there are better ways, I'm here to tell you give it a shot! What have you got to lose. Now I don't recommend going out and buying this telescope and set in the hopes of moving the world with your shots. But I do say, if you have one already and would like to make this your hobby, I have done the same and have never looked back.
