Ever since it opened, it’s had a nonstop line. So the big question is… is it still worth the hype? We’re trying: 🥟 The iconic Crab & Pork Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) 🍤 Shrimp Fried Rice 🥢 Shanghai Rice Cakes with Shrimp 🥟 Handmade Shrimp & Pork Dumplings And of course… chili oil, ginger, and all the sauce combos I break down the history of xiao long bao (did you know it literally means “small basket bun”? 👀), show you the proper way to eat soup dumplings, and give honest A-to-B grades on everything we try. Plus — we’re doing it family-style.
