Mix all dry ingredients. Slowly mix & cream soft ingredients to then slowly blend in flour mix in small batches. Do not overmix. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop 2 tablespoons sized balls/portions onto parchment paper with several inches of separation for expansion. Add a few chips on top of cookie dough before baking. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or till edges are golden. Optional-Cool & shape cookies with large-mouth sized canning rings to make perfect rounded shape on each cookie. Do not cut the cookies but rather shape the cookie by moving cookie around within the ring. 🍪 ENJOY! 🍪 Patara
