This delirium farm is a super rewarding, low investment strategy compared to a few of the other popular idol strategies that we see on YouTube. It can drop divine orbs, darker half divination cards, scarabs and synthesis gear. I was too poor for the full strongbox/rogue exile idol strats so I shifted my idol setup to delirium farming. It turned out pretty well and I finally got my mageblood yesterday.
