On Day 1, I started my morning at Durbar Square, where a local friend suggested the best food spots. First stop was Tip Top Samosa, a famous Kathmandu snack spot. Then I headed to the iconic Ramlal Chaat, which gave me pure Chandni Chowk vibes in the streets of Nepal. Of course, no Kathmandu trip is complete without momos — I visited the city’s oldest momo shop and tried their classic momos and cheese momos. Right after that, I had the refreshing Meethu Lassi, one of Nepal’s most loved street drinks. For dinner, I went to Western Tandoori House, and trust me — their Shahi Paneer and Naan is a must-try if you’re in Kathmandu. Later at night, I tried another highly recommended spot: Thamel Momo Hut, known for serving the best momos in town. Day 2 started again at Tip Top Sweets, tasting some of the most hyped traditional Nepali sweets. I ended the day with dessert at Baskin Robbins — their chocolate cake was the perfect sweet ending.
