Khalid ibn al-Walid bears his banner high, Victory from the Most Merciful rises with him. At Uhud his wisdom became clear, At Yarmouk his steadfastness shone. A heart firm upon faith, A sword that never bends when jihad is called. He sought neither kingship nor worldly adornment, But lived as a sincere servant of Allah. When truth called, he answered without delay, Walking the path with unwavering resolve. Falsehood shattered beneath his steps, Oppression fell before his awe. An army aligns when he leads, As if victory marches within his banner. His nights were prayer and humble devotion, His days strength and the voice of certainty. Between sword and tears of repentance, Khalid stood as a faithful, trusted servant. O Knight of Islam, banner of guidance, Your remembrance remains pure through the ages.
