La Vera Birmingham City Centre. This is my go to middle Eastern restaurant. The food here is 10/10 everything is fresh, good quality meat / chicken & ingredients. Everything is cooked in front of you in the 2 open kitchens. 1 kitchen is the grill where the kebabs, Chicken, Salmon, Beef, Tikka everything is cooked over a charcoal bbq & most of the food is plated & prepared here & the second kitchen is an Italian Pizzeria where you can see the pizza's being prepared & Cooked right in front of you in a special wood fire Oven which has been inported from Italy. You can smell the delicious food around the corner, you end up following the smell straight to the restaurant as it happened with me & now I'm addicted.
