آیت’’ قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِیْنَةَ اللّٰهِ ‘‘ کی روشنی میں چند لوگوں کو نصیحت: اس آیتِ مبارکہ کی روشنی میں بہت سے لوگوں کو اپنی اصلاح کی ضرورت ہے۔ (1)… پہلے نمبر پر وہ لوگ جو اپنے زہد وتقویٰ کے گھمنڈ میں لوگوں کی حلال اشیاء میں بھی تحقیق کرکے ان کی دل آزاری کرتے ہیں۔ یہ سخت ناجائز اور سراسر تقویٰ کے خلاف ہے۔ چنانچہ اعلیٰ حضرت رَحْمَۃُاللہِ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ فرماتے ہیں : شرعِ مطہر میں مصلحت کی تحصیل سے مفسدہ کا ازالہ مقدم تر ہے مثلاً مسلمان نے دعوت کی (اور) یہ اس کے مال وطعام کی تحقیقات کر رہے ہیں ’’کہاں سے لایا؟ کیونکر پیدا کیا؟ حلال ہے یا حرام؟ کوئی نجاست تو اس میں نہیں ملی ہے کہ بیشک یہ باتیں وحشت دینے والی ہیں اور مسلمان پر بدگمانی کرکے ایسی تحقیقات میں اُسے ایذا دینا ہے خصوصاً اگر وہ شخص شرعاً معظم ومحترم ہو، جیسے عالمِ دین یا سچا مرشد یا ماں باپ یا استاذ یا ذی عزت مسلمان سردارِ قوم تو اِس نے (تحقیقات کر کے) اور بے جا کیا، ایک تو بدگمانی دوسرے مُوحِش (یعنی وحشت میں ڈالنے والی) باتیں ، تیسرے بزرگوں کا ترکِ ادب۔ Here's the English translation of the Urdu text, focusing on the context of the Quranic verse and the advice given: Advice in Light of the Verse: "Say, who has forbidden the adornment of Allah?" In the light of this blessed verse, many people need to reform themselves. Those Who Hurt Others by Questioning Halal Things Firstly, there are those who, in their pride of piety and asceticism, investigate even the halal (lawful) possessions and food of others, causing them distress. This is strictly forbidden and entirely against the spirit of true piety. As A'la Hadrat (Rahmatullah 'alayh) states: "In the purified Sharia, averting harm takes precedence over gaining benefit." For instance, when a Muslim invites someone [to a meal], and others start investigating their wealth and food, asking: "Where did they get it from?" "How did they acquire it?" "Is it halal or haram?" "Has any impurity mixed with it?" Indeed, such questions are disheartening and cause distress to a Muslim by harboring ill-suspicion and conducting such investigations. This is especially worse if the person being investigated is respected and honored in the Sharia, such as a religious scholar, a true spiritual guide, parents, a teacher, or a respectable Muslim leader of the community.
