すっかり涼しくなり、秋の夕暮れの空が美しいポルトガルです。 先日母から送られてきた荷物に、懐かしい飯盒が入っていました。 夜、火を眺めながらカレーを作って飯盒でご飯を炊いて、すっかりキャンプ気分。 小さな頃を思い出しながらの、楽しい夜でした。 When dusk falls, so does pre-evening silence dawn. Tonight’s beautiful skyline led us to reflect on our day and for me to reminisce a little too. And to complete the moment and the mood, we imagine we are eating next to a campfire in the middle of nowhere, before we retire to the comfort of our soft mattress. Now about what we choose to cook for our evening meal, the emphasis is not “Japanese” in Japanese style curry, but more on the “style”. We therefore, improvised and encourage you to discover the joy of improvisation by doing the same without any self-criticism. Take your cue from double bass player Gary Peacock who said that he learns to listen to music every day.
