Plantar fasciitis can be painful, frustrating, and sometimes recurring — and in this video I share a real client case study exploring what may be going on beneath the surface. In this video, I talk through a client experience where plantar fasciitis appeared during an extremely stressful period at work, alongside exhaustion and unprocessed grief. After our first session, she returned with plantar fasciitis in her right foot — something she had experienced before. As we worked together, themes of pressure, lack of support, and feeling unable to speak her truth began to surface.
