Compilation video of a two-day hike with our three children in Slovak Paradise (Slovenský Raj - Slovakia) in August 2021, crossing the Stredné Piecky, Hornad, Klástorska roklina, Obrovský vodopad, Karolinyho vodopad and Malý Kysel’. If you like this video, please hit the like button and subscribe to our channel. ------------------------------------------------------- Total distance: 25.6 km; 1,030 altimeters. ------------------------------------------------------- SLOVENSKÝ RAJ / SLOVAK PARADISE – From a distance, they look like ordinary wooded hills ... but once inside, Slovenský Raj unleashes its MAGIC on you! The hills are intersected by many deep narrow gorges in which the water makes its way through dozens of waterfalls. The beautiful gorges have been made accessible to the public through the construction of wooden paths, iron stairs and via ferrata trails. The area, ‘Slovak Paradise’, has therefore not stolen its name. Absolutely a ‘MUST SEE’ or ‘MUST DO’, and also a perfect hiking location for a rainy day! ABOUT US – We are a Belgian family with three kids (Kyllian °2009, Iluna °2012, Jaylinn °2015). Since 2015, we are hiking intensively and bring our children into contact with many unique regions and make them aware of the fragility of nature, which we should all cherish. And so far, they still like it :-) From the summer of 2021 onwards, during our holiday in Slovakia, we started to make short video recordings during our hiking trips to make our memories more tangible. After we compiled the videos, we decided to share those amazing and unique places with all of you, and group them under the heading 'HIKES IN EUROPE'.
