Both games graphics are maxed out playing on Next Gen hardware. Project CARS 2 (PCARS) and Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) are roughly the same age. ACC is a really strong racing sim but how well does the outdated PCARS 2 hold up in comparison? Please bare in mind, PCARS games are no longer produced or maintained whereas ACC receives ongoing improvements in 2023.
