In 2023, Paula was diagnosed with bladder cancer, yet she has remained fiercely committed to making a difference raising money for the Cancer Society by participating in and leading Relay for Life teams and organising quiz nights. Despite receiving the news that her cancer is now terminal, Paula continues to put the needs of others before her own, uplifting those around her with her vibrant energy and unwavering generosity.
