Lopom (MJX) Bugs12 vs DJI Mini 2: 5 Minute Hover Battle...in about 2 Minutes

The Lopom Bugs12 EIS, which is a rebadged MJX drone, is on the left and the DJI Mini 2 is on the right. Here I have them both hover side by side for 5 minutes. The timed hovering part is sped up so you can more easily see the movement and how stable the drones are . The Lopom was flown in the High speed and the DJI was flown in Low speed mode. These speeds are not equivalent, but the Lopom (just like it's brother the MJX B20) flies very slow in the slow speed so that the EIS can stabilize the video. Although the video is more stable in the slow speed, the Lopom is not very strong against winds at that speed. The DJI however does fine at the slow speed. So I decided to give the Lopom an advantage. The takeoff and the landing buttons on the app were used for both drones and the control sticks were not touched at all during flight. The Lopom is definitely not as stable as the DJI, and it flies and handles very similarly to the MJX B20 EIS drone, which I have tested in previous videos. This is to be expected since this Lopom drone is a rebadged MJX Bugs12 EIS drone, which itself is related to the MJX B20 EIS drone. Because the Lopom tends to drift a bit, I had to keep the drones fairly far apart for this test because I had to make sure the Lopom didn't drift into the DJI drone. The Lopom Bugs12 EIS is still a very decent drone --it's really an MJX Bugs 12 after all!! Although the MJX lacks a 3-axis gimbal like the DJI, the MJX does have a system to stabilize the video, called EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). It's software based and does a very good job overall, and it's revolutionary to have a drone at this low price point that does video this stable. What do you think?
