By popular demand,Cloud Storms into battle,Cloud is now in Project PS with a few changes from his normal Moveset to adapt him for the current Project PS Cloud is a Colaboration with Project B,we asked and they gave permission,so every credit of doing his animations,sprites and frame data come to Project B Team Whats Project PS? Project PS is a mod that tries to bring another way to see or play SSF2, with more fun, "complexity" and a little lack of balance :) What have in Project PS?
