Suzuki VS 1400 Intruder Clutch change.

Hey guys my name is Tihomir and this is me performing a clutch change of my Intruer 1400. So, there was nasty slipping from 3rd to 4th and 5th gear which led to the decision of changing the springs an the clutch plates. I bought full set of OEM Suzuki springs and clutch plates from the brand 4RIDE. Thanks to that wonderful guy and his channel @HagarMoto I was well prepared for the operation, so Subscribe to his channel and hit that bell. It appers that the reason of the slipping were actually the stretched bolts of the springs. It was very dificult to find shims of that size in so short time. So basically what I did was to take out the original shims which are steel and screw them in the new bolts because the inner size is little bit smaller than the thread so they dont fall. Any way the clutch plates were as thick as the new ones but they were fried from slipping. Also i measured the spring lenght the old ones were the same size or little bit longer then the new ones. Any way, I change everything and now i feel the real power of the bike. Cheers and thanks for watching.
