Bangladesh is about to hold general elections. Ahead of the elections, the Adani Group has sent a letter to the Bangladeshi government, issuing a warning regarding outstanding payments. This letter has brought to light a financial dispute between the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) and Adani's power plant. In the letter, the Adani Group demanded that the Bangladesh Power Board clear the outstanding payments and warned that failure to do so could jeopardize the power supply.
