This is the first video in a series exploring the coastline north of Perth in Western Australia. In this episode I drive through Wilbinga, take the 4WD track from Guilderton to Seabird and finish the day camping just south of Ledge Point. These are sandy coastal tracks with some limestone sections, but nothing too difficult. A lighter vehicle makes things easier and all you really need is low range, a way to deflate and inflate your tyres, and preferably all-terrain tyres (though they’re not essential). Suspension helps with clearance in softer sections but isn’t required for this route. All of these tracks are close to Perth and make for an easy weekend adventure or even a single-day trip. If you're looking for beginner to intermediate beach and dune driving near the city, this video shows exactly what to expect. ↓ ↓ ↓ Gear I use in this video which could help you on sand tracks ↓ ↓ ↓ || MAXTRAX INDEFLATE || https://geni.us/tbt-maxtrax-indeflate || ARB DIGITAL INFLATOR || https://geni.us/tbt-arb-digitalinflate || ARB TWIN COMPRESSOR || https://geni.us/tbt-arb-twincompressor || MAXTRAX MK2 || https://geni.us/tbt-maxtrax-orange-mk2 === GEAR I USE TO FILM AND EDIT === –– CAMERAS & LENSES –– ▻ Camera 1: https://geni.us/tbt-sony-alpha-a1 ▻ Camera 2: https://geni.us/tbt-sony-a7iv ▻ Wide Angle Zoom: https://geni.us/sony-fe-16-35-gm-ii ▻ Telephoto Zoom: https://geni.us/tbt-tamron-28-200mm ▻ Wide Angle Prime: https://geni.us/tbt-sony-24-gm-prime ▻ Nifty Fifty: https://geni.us/tbt-sony-fe-55mm-f18 ▻ Drone (main): https://geni.us/mavic-4-pro-flymore ▻ Drone (secondary): https://geni.us/tbt-dji-mini-4-pro-fly ▻ Action Camera: https://geni.us/tbt-gopro-hero-12 ▻ 360° Camera: https://geni.us/tbt-dji-osmo-360 –– AUDIO –– ▻ Wireless Recorder: https://geni.us/tbt-rode-wireless-pro ▻ Shotgun Mic (studio): https://geni.us/tbt-rode-videomic-ntg ▻ Shotgun Mic (travel): https://geni.us/tbt-sony-ecm-b1m ▻ Lavalier Microphone: https://geni.us/rode-lavalier-ii –– EDITING –– ▻ Laptop: https://geni.us/m2max-14-12c30c-32g-1t ▻ Monitor: https://geni.us/tbt-dell-u2720q ▻ Mouse: https://geni.us/tbt-logitech-mxmaster3 ▻ Keyboard: https://geni.us/tbt-logitech-mx-keys ▻ Portable SSD: https://geni.us/samsung-t7-4tb ▻ SD Card Reader: https://geni.us/tbt-satechi-cardreader –– LIGHTING –– ▻ Key Light: https://geni.us/tbt-aputure-p60c ▻ Fill Light: https://geni.us/tbt-neewer-660led ▻ Travel Light: https://geni.us/tbt-aputure-mc ▻ GoPro Light: https://geni.us/tbt-gopro-light-mod –– ACCESSORIES & MOUNTS –– ▻ Camera Bag: https://geni.us/tbt-shimoda-explore-35 ▻ Gimbal (Australia): https://geni.us/tbt-dji-rs3 ▻ Gimbal (Overseas): https://geni.us/tbt-dji-rs4-mini ▻ Tripod (Travel): https://geni.us/Ulanzi-Zero-F38-3131 ▻ Tripod (Studio): https://geni.us/tbt-tripod-kfconcept ▻ Tech Pouch: https://geni.us/tbt-tech-pouch ▻ Colour Checker: https://geni.us/tbt-xritepassportvideo ▻ SD Card Case: https://geni.us/tbt-smallrig-2832 ▻ Accessory Pouch: https://geni.us/tbt-shimoda-accessory ▻ ND Filters: https://geni.us/tbt-freewell-nd-magnet ▻ GoPro Dive Case: https://geni.us/tbt-gopro-dive-housing === CHAPTERS === 00:00 - Introduction. 01:40 - Wilbinga entrance. 03:10 - Exploring Wilbinga. 13:55 - Guilderton and Moore River. 15:30 - Guilderton to Seabird track. 19:10 - Ledge Point. 22:40 - Day 2. || ALSO ACTIVE ON || ◦ Youtube Channel: / @thebrownetown ◦ Website: https://thebrownetown.com ◦ Instagram: / thebrownetown || FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO DONATE || ▻ https://paypal.me/TheBrowneTown **Disclosure Links are affiliate links.
