Those steel drums took me way to much to do, because I wanted a nice enough sounding ym2612 steel drums, then when I found one I edited the operators slightly until I liked it, then I decided that I should record de operators separately (1+2 and 3+4) and remove the decay of them to have a loop that I can program a precise decay (then put the same decay as the original ym2612 operators before I removed the decay on the operators) no matter which key is pressed resulting on the exact length as on a real genesis, all this work resulted on the most accurate instrument on a soundfont to the original genesis one up to date ;) Twitter:   / vgmrus   This is a midi extracted and fixed from the SNES game with a Genesis/Mega Drive soundfont.
