Importing Real World Heightmaps into Unreal Engine

I've been looking for a way to import real world heightmaps into Unreal Engine, but have found a lot of YouTube videos that don't cover an up to date or free version to import this amount of real world data into Unreal Engine. There is also terrain party, but it's a bit low resolution to download from and is isn't always available. This is the solution that I've been using for a while and I'm happy to finally share how to do this with Unreal Engine.
