Hey y'all! I've always wanted to make beans with ham hocks, and we had some pinto beans in the cabinet, so I thought "Let's do it!". Pinto beans and ham hocks go really well together, and using the instant pot makes it very easy and cuts down the cooking time by a third at least! Just remember that ham hocks are salty, so it'll probably be a good idea to season it AFTER it's done cooking, lol! Beans and roasts are my favorite things to make in the instant pot.
