Why Doflamingo Will Join Blackbeard!

One of the biggest theories in One Piece is that Doflamingo will join Cross Guild. Doflamingo is NOT joining Cross Guild. And it makes literally NO SENSE for him to join Cross Guild either. One of the theories that never made sense to me within the One Piece fandom is the theory that Cross Guild will recruit Doffy…. Why? Especially when these are the same people who think Law will also join the Cross Guild. Did we skip Dressrosa? This always felt like fan fiction to me, I really like the concept, but it’s very out of character for Doffy which I will get to later on, but I want to propose a much more likely scenario… Doffy will join the Blackbeard Pirates! And Oda has set up important plot points for this very scenario to happen, such as Blackbeard wanting to claim Law’s DF whilst Doffy wanted to claim that same DF, how Doffy is now in Impel Down and how Lafitte and Van Augar are the perfect plot devices for breaking into Impel down as we have already seen happen, and much much more. And by the end of the video, you may very well be on the doffy and blackbeard train. I mean if one of the pillars of justice Aoikiji can join the Blackbeard Pirates…. Anyone can! Blackbeard has a way with words. But before I discuss all that, you may thinking, but KingofToast, why does it make no sense for Doffy to join Cross Guild? Isn’t Cross Guild an assembly of former warlords, Mihawk, Buggy, Crocodile etc. Isn’t Doffy the perfect next candidate? Maybe if this was some video game design your own custom team mode it would make sense but these are characters would real motivations and history. The boss of Cross Guild, Crocodile, does NOT like Doflamingo. This was a major plot point during Marineford. Crocodile set out to Marineford to get revenge on Whitebeard, but even his hatred for Whitebeard did not persuade him to team up with Doffy who also wanted to take out Whitebeard, in fact, he refused his alliance at least 3 times, then they got into an actual fight. If Doffy joined cross guild, first of all he’d want to be the boss, he’s a Celestial Dragon who sees him self above all others, referring to others as ‘human’ as its an insult, Doffy even as a kid had the one in a million quality of a king, which is why trebol and the others decided to serve him, doffy ever since he was a kid has only ever known to rule over others. Heck, he manipulated and orchestrated his rise to the throne on Dressrosa to be king. You think Crocodile will be okay with that? Crocodile is almost just like doffy. He refuses to be an underling to anyone. Ran an entire crime organisation from the shadows, maniplated and orchestrated his rise to nation hero just like doffy That’s why at Marineford, thier wills clashed like water and oil, they are never getting along! If Doflamingo joined Cross Guild, assuming law is also there as well as many people are predicting, he’d kill law, kill crocodile and become the boss, Mihawk isn’t exactly the moral police since he hunts down fleets like don krieg just for fun and cos hes bored, doffy would be the mastermind, literally and metaphorically pulling the strings whilst Mihawk acts as the muscle of the group as the only real yonko level threat who defeated shanks in a sword duel Not to mention, not a single character in Cross Guild has any reason to free Doffy from Impel Down, but they have no way to break through the gates of justice, the best they’ve got is Mihawk, and even if he could… again why would he? Crocodile is the boss. He’s not allowing Doffy to join. But guess who has broken through the gates of justice? The Blackbeard pirates! And not only that, Doflamingo and Blackbeard would get along surprisingly well. Both Doffy and Blackbeard want Law’s devil fruit to gain immortality Both Doffy and Blackbeard hate the world government and want to bring them down Doffy’s smile factory was about creating artificial devil fruits and Blackbeard likes to hunt down devil fruits and with Ceaser Clown being around still, Doffy can supply blackbeard with artificial zoans, since Blackbeards crew are a bunch of bums atm Anyway let me break down step by step why and how this will work and the consequence of Doffy joining.
