I write a bunch of things subconsciously …then try to figure out what’s actually happening”. So when did Rissa start writing songs? “It was in 2018 that I finally wrote a whole song – I was very excited and thought I can actually do this”. And the track ‘Hold up’ tell us about that. “It’s about a story of being in a relationship with someone and it’s been a while and you don’t know if you love them anymore but you still care about them …and you just need to be like “Hold up! What’s actually happening. I don’t like this.
