MAJA BLANCA (Pronounced as “Maha Blanca” in Tagalog) is a Filipino dessert with a gelatine like consistency which is creamy and made primarily from coconut milk and corn flour. The flavours are very subtle and has originated in the Philippines. It is also known as Coconut Pudding and is usually made and served during the festival seasons and fiestas. INGREDIENTS: Fresh Mlk or Evaporated Milk - 400 ml Corn Starch or Corn Flour - 400 gms Fresh Coconut Milk - 400 ml Condensed Milk - 740 ml Sugar -500 gms Cream of Corn - 300 gms Tender Coconut - 300 gms Butter Unsalted - 60 gms Cheddar Cheese - 200 gms Black Raisins - 50 gms Cashew nuts - 50 gms Water - 200 ml NOTE: * Chill for 3- 4 hours and serve chilled. ————————————————— Have you watched my new video yet ?
