All states, cities, and towns have their good and their bad. They have pros and cons. On these “Not To” videos, we focus on the negatives that people might want to know about before they move someplace. If you want to see just the good, contact a real estate agent or go to the city's tourism website. It is nothing but rainbows, smiles, and sunshine with them. These videos aren’t designed to tell you not to move someplace, they are just showing you some things you should know about if you are thinking about moving to those places. Not everyone is looking for the same type of place to live. The example I like to give is if a place has a low cost of living, high unemployment and bad schools it is probably more suited for a retiree. Retirees aren’t looking for jobs or schools, They just want a low cost of living. Whereas a young couple with kids will want good schools and a good job market. So, who are we talkin about today? Tallahassee, Florida. Tallahassee is the capital of Florida and is home to just under 200k with only about 385k in the metro area. If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. Most of these videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. But, most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town, or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine, rainbows and a bunch of smoke up your skirt. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.
