Body Language - Whether you are a man or a woman, how to create amazing body language with one simple tip. Today, I'm going to be sharing my favorite new body language tip. How to have REALLY powerful, attractive and magnetic body language and the beauty of it is that it is VERY simple. If you have ever studied body language before, you know there are a lot of different tips: stand like this, move like this, walk like this, look like this, etc... I took all these different tips and I applied the 80/20 technique. I looked for what's really the MOST important thing? What's going to get me the most results for the least amount of effort? I narrowed it down to ONE simple thing, but it has two components. Body Language Tip -- Stick Your Heart Out! The BEST tip is to have an open heart to the world. Your heart chakra is the energy center from where you connect with others, with relationships and with love. It's situated right in the center of your chest, about where your ribcage splits. It's actually located in your spine, but for the purposes of this it can be projected, so to speak, to directly in the center of your chest. You will notice certain common behavior with people who have really bad body language. Their shoulders and eyes are turned down. This INSTANTLY looks unsure, less connected to others. But, if you return those assets which are the chest out, the heart out and the head up, then you feel the difference without even saying anything! The reason this is SO powerful is not only about body language. It's about heart open and out. It is about sticking out your heart chakra, the place where you connect with others further than anything else. It should be the FURTHEST point out on your body. It will open you up to the world! All of a sudden, you are no longer hiding; you are no longer protecting yourself; you are no longer nervous, scared or worried of authentic human connection with everybody else. In fact you are INVITING it by simply doing this one thing. What you will notice is that you will show up more powerfully in the world. You are conveying yourself more effectively. You are open to sharing a loving connection with humanity. In turn, humanity is more open to sharing a loving connection with you. So whether you are a man or a woman, if you get your heart open to the world by adjusting this and making mental note of it, you can really open up. That one tip alone would DRASTICALLY improve your body language. Secret of Body Language Attraction - Now, the other thing that I would say to keep note of is that you want to have your pelvis tucked under your spine so that your spine is straight. This is GREAT for your posture, physical health and well-being. It allowed me to start running and to run farther than ever before and with no injuries. I used to always get injured, always have low back problems and everything. So, tucking your pelvis under and consciously recognizing that will actually open up your heart as well. Do not react negatively every time you find yourself not doing it. When you think about it, just remember: "OK. Heart to the world! Open up my heart!" You will find that people react to it. I have literally noticed that people start to look at you. They simply notice your presence because your presence is now OPEN and out there so your influence is MUCH larger. So, that is my simple body language tip for today.
