Second stop on the Capital Region Wing Tour — The Ale House in Troy. I’ll be honest… I don’t really see the hype on this one. The wings themselves? Solid. Super crispy, great texture, and the chicken was actually really good — we gave the chicken an 8. But the sauce… or lack of it… kind of killed it for me. It felt more like a naked wing with a little parmesan sprinkled on top than a true sauced wing. Another spot that’s talked about as having some of the best wings around… and another one that didn’t fully deliver (in my opinion). As always — this is just MY take.
