One more video of that first VHS Tape with so much music material, this is incredible! I see so many old good friends singing together there, this is unbelievable! That's why I decided to put together the BONUS MATERIAL at the end with a DANCE SHOW, Choreography, we are playing live, I am even playing the violin in the Pavillon :-) ABOUT THE CONSERVATORY: When I was about 13 years old, I was already playing those recorder flutes (flauta doce in portuguese) in the Band SUPERFICIE of my brother Ricardo. My mother used to bring us to all concerts of the ORQUESTRA SINFÔNICA DE CAMPINAS under the conductor BENITO JUAREZ and I used to love listening to the flutes. Then we went to talk with the flutist (Zoé at that time) and she told us: go to Conservatório Carlos Gomes, there you can meet the great flutist and teacher JOÃO DIAS CARRASQUEIRA (he was already 74 years old!). Then I went there with my mother, he was very kind to me and invited me to go with him to his house in São Paulo one week after, what I did and I bought from him my first flute. I remember the stress when I came back from the big city with that precious instrument. I had the feeling that some thieves were following me to get the instrument, than I called my father and he came to pick me up with his car ha ha ha. In the first 2 weeks I used to put the flute inside the save (cofre) after I played. Only one month later it used to stay opened over the piano, just like that ha ha ha. Than I started my lessons with one of the greatest Brazilian flutists and my Saturdays were so nice at the conservatory. There I made so many friends and some of them I still have contact until now. And this is the reason why I got so emotional editing this story video, some of the player don't live anymore and so on. Besides that I want to thanks the owner of the Conservatory, Miss LÉA ZIGGIATTI MONTEIRO, that not only was always very nice to me during all her live, but also giving me a scholarship or a litte help to study there, because it was not cheap at all, at least for my parents (and all 6 children).
