Hi there! ready to cook? 📌ingredients: 4 egg 4 tbsp flour 2 tbsp brown sugar or 1 tbsp white sugar sesame, walnuts, damask roses, and cinnamon ( you pick the amount) 4 tbsp strained yogurt 5 tbsp frying oil 1 tbsp saffron 1 tsp baking powder 1.5 cup of rose water 📌preparation: smash 1 tsp saffron in a mortar and add it to a cup, let it rest as I did for 20 mins. in a pot, add the brown sugar, 1 cup of rose water, and 2 tbsp saffron extract. bring it to boil and then let it chill. 👀this is our syrup and we are going to use that later! the important part is chilling! in a bowl stir the eggs well. add 2 tbsp rose water and 5 tbsp saffron to it. sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the eggs stir well. add the yogurt. keep on stirring. heat 5 tbsp frying oil and add half of the egg mixture to that, use fabric as a steamer, and cook it for 10 mins on medium heat. mash the walnuts and damask roses and mix them with cinnamon and sesame. after 10 mins, open the pot. fill the gaps with egg mixture and add the mashed ingredients. add the rest of the egg mixture and cook like the last time for 10 mins on medium heat. after then mins, open the pot and flip your khagineh. add the chilled syrup to that. 😁relax nothing is ruined just fry it for 15 mins on high heat. your crispy Khagineh is ready! thanks a lot for accompanying our channel. please remember to like our videos, share a comment for us, and also subscribe to Yummy Boards for more videos like this! 0:00 Hi there! ready to cook? 0:10 ingredients that you need 1:04 preparation 4:28 Bon appetit!
